Session recordings
Recording is measured in hours of active recording. Time when the tab is hidden, in the background or left without input for 2 minutes is not counted, and a session with several tabs runs one clock. A session that starts with recording time left is recorded to its end, with no per-recording limit.
When this month's hours are used, you get 10% extra time (at least 1 hour). Recordings made in that extra time are saved but locked until you unlock them. After that, new sessions are not recorded until your hours reset, and sessions whose policy requires recording cannot start. Access requests and sessions have no monthly limit, and there are no automatic extra charges.
Need more? Owners on a paid plan can buy 50 recording hours for $29 + applicable tax, one time. Pack hours are used after your monthly hours, carry over, and last 12 months. They can also unlock a locked recording.
When your plan changes
Upgrades take effect after payment. Downgrades start at renewal. You can choose who keeps access before then. If you do not choose, the owner and eligible staff keep access within the new limits.
Access removed by a lower plan can be restored for 60 days. After an upgrade, the owner chooses what to restore. Anything left unrestored is removed after its deadline. Security policies stay saved. Existing recordings keep their original deletion dates.
Your trial lasts 14 days and starts when you activate your workspace or start your first real session, including an integration test. The trial includes 2.5 hours of session recording. If you choose a paid plan, you can watch any trial recordings that are still saved without using your paid plan's monthly hours.
